Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
What atDEUCE is
atDEUCE is a web-based tool for running live padel sessions. It helps hosts create sessions, manage formats, and share live scoring with players. The service is available at atdeuce.com.
Using the service
By using atDEUCE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- You may use atDEUCE to create and manage padel sessions, join sessions as a player, and view session results.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter, including display names and scores.
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Accounts
No account is required to join a session as a player. Hosts sign in with Google to create and manage sessions. When you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
Content and data
You retain ownership of any content you enter into atDEUCE (display names, session configurations, scores). By using the service, you grant atDEUCE a license to store and display this content as necessary to operate the service — for example, showing your name and scores to other participants in the same session.
Pricing
atDEUCE is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, existing free functionality will remain available and we will provide notice before any changes take effect.
Availability
We aim to keep atDEUCE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, atDEUCE and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, incorrect scores or standings, or inability to access the service during a session.
Termination
You may stop using atDEUCE at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions regarding content, liability, and disputes survive.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
